1. I think 20 questions should be enough.
2. We can do the survey through email as it will be easier and faster if compared to face to face.
3. The questionnaire should include:
-basic information of the people
-reasons for using pirated movies
-how they get the pirated movie
-what are the effect cause by the pirated movie

In my opinion, 10-20 questions should be more than enough.

General questions such as age, gender, occupation should be included.

Suggestions on questions:
Do you think that downloading files illegally is wrong?
How many songs/ movies do you download per month?
How do you prefer to watch a movie?
Why do you choose to download files illegally?

I think 20 questions is sufficient for this topic. The questionnaire can be divided into 4 parts,
-1st part collecting the personal information of the participant
-2nd part collecting data of the participants in the part of their personal experience regarding pirated movie
-3rd part asking reasons behind their doings
-4th part asking their personal suggestion in solving the issue.

ten question may be less,but if we just put all the information/questions we need inside,i think it will be okay.just like hui ching say:

Let's simplifies the problems.
First, we must think how many question should we put inside the survey questionnaire which must be equivalent and logical for our statistic graph chart later. Then, to make things easy, we can build up a temporary survey website using template which is available for free on the world wide web.
